""day’s end" was written when I lived in Dublin for a summer back in 2021. Every night, myself and my friends would drive to Portmarnock beach at 10pm and get into the water when everyone else was leaving. Around that time in my life I was beginning to go through a lot and the routine of going to the beach at night was this magical feeling that I had to look forward to every day when I woke up. When I think back on that summer, thankfully I remember those moments”. -Luz
